The Pledge

Six promises. Measurable. Public.

Every promise on this page has a number attached to it. Every quarter we publish the progress — line by line. Hold us to it.

Full manifesto

01

Education that lifts a generation

Bursaries delivered on merit and need, modern classrooms, and a fully equipped TVET centre in every ward.

02

Water security, not water rationing

Expand the Mzima pipeline, drill 60 community boreholes, and harvest rainwater across schools and dispensaries.

03

Jobs the youth actually want

Backing agribusiness cooperatives, tourism SMEs, and a digital skills hub anchored in Voi town.

04

Healthcare within reach

Operational dispensaries, stocked pharmacies, and an upgraded Moi County Referral Hospital.

05

Roads, lights, dignity

Gravel and tarmac feeder roads, market sheds, and last-mile electrification for every trading centre.

06

Accountable representation

Published CDF reports every quarter, open ward forums every month, and an office that answers.

The Record

Built, not promised.

Voices from Voi

Trust is earned slowly, and given carefully.

"He sat with us under the tree for three hours. When the borehole came six months later, we knew he had actually been listening."

Mama Saumu

Kasighau Ward

"My son was on the verge of dropping out. The bursary came through within a week. No middleman, no favours asked."

John Mwakio

Parent, Sagalla

"What I respect most is that he publishes his reports. You can hold him to the numbers."
